I’m an independent guide, not a tour operator, so I can’t change or cancel a booking - for that, contact GetYourGuide through your booking confirmation. Wedding, membership and school-group enquiries belong with FAI, which owns and runs the villa; my weddings page explains how that works. For anything else - the tickets, the walk from Lenno, the closed days - I’m happy to help.

Can you change or cancel my booking?
No - I don’t sell the tickets, GetYourGuide does. Use the link in your booking confirmation to change or cancel. Cancellation windows differ by product - 24 hours on some, 7 days on others - and the comparison page lists which is which.
I want to hold a wedding or event at the villa. Who do I ask?
FAI’s private-events office, directly - the villa hosts private events on its closed days and quotes venue hire individually. The weddings page explains the set-up, including proposals that need nothing more than a garden ticket.
I found an error on the site. Will you fix it?
Yes, and thank you - that email gets answered first. Prices and opening days come from FAI’s published 2026 season and the live product pages, but things change; if the prices page or the calendar has drifted, tell me.
